·       Prints are made to order and signed before sending

Originals

·       No returns. They’re one-of-a-kind.

·       If you're unsure, contact me before buying. Sometimes I offer local viewings.

Prints

·       14-day return window

·       Must be returned in original condition using tracked shipping

·       Return shipping cost is your responsibility

·       If your item arrives damaged, email me with photos and I’ll sort it.

2. What you're buying

All artworks are sold as-is: either as originals (one of a kind) or limited-edition prints.

Prints are strictly limited to 100 signed editions.

Originals are non-returnable.

Prints come unframed and are shipped rolled in a protective tube.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT if applicable.

I reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment is securely processed through Shopify.

5. Intellectual property

All images and artworks remain the copyright of Deano Hewitts. Buying a print or original does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute the image in any form.

6. Limitation of liability

Stuff happens, but I’m not liable for indirect damages, shipping delays, or misuse of the artwork.

If something arrives damaged, email me immediately.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the UK courts.

·       Payment info (processed securely — I never see your card details)

·       Email opt-in (only if you choose)

·       Website use data (via Google Analytics)

2. What we do with it

·       Fulfil and ship your orders

·       Send updates if you’ve subscribed

·       Understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics)

3. Who we share with

·       Shopify (checkout + order processing)

·       Klaviyo and Shopify (email marketing - depending on which tool is active at the time)

·       Google Analytics (website behaviour)

·       I don’t sell your data. Ever.
